MLP is headed to San Diego for the first time ever — and the stakes couldn’t be higher. From August 15–17, the 2025 Toray MLP Playoffs will take over the Barnes Tennis Center, where postseason dreams are put to the test. Watch as Premier and Challenger Level teams battle for a coveted spot in the DoorDash MLP Finals in New York City (Aug 22-24). This is playoff pickleball like you’ve never seen it!
One courtside ticket to the venue and first-come, first-served seating around Championship Court. These tickets will grant you access to sit in the bleachers. It includes access to watch the action on all MLP match courts, concessions, bar, DJ, sponsor tents, and more. Doors open one hour prior to the first scheduled matches.

Amateur matches will be held next to Championship Court, where Major League Pickleball teams will compete. This tournament follows a PPA-style singles and doubles bracket, identical to amateur events at PPA tournaments. This is expected to be our largest amateur event of the MLP season!
The top 10 Premier Level teams and all 6 Challenger Level teams will qualify for the postseason.
Championship Court and Grandstand Court are both outdoors at the Austin Pickle Ranch. With warm temperatures expected, spectators are encouraged to dress and plan accordingly. Personal water containers are allowed as the venue will have hydration stations.
The Austin Classic amateur tournament will be played indoors at the facility.

This event marks the most pivotal weekend of the season, where postseason dreams are either realized or crushed. With both Premier and Challenger Level playoffs on the line, teams will battle for a shot at advancing to the DoorDash MLP Finals, powered by Toray, at CityPickle in Central Park, NYC (August 22-25).
