Ticket Types

  • Grounds Pass

    Experience the excitement with our Grounds Pass – your gateway to the tournament venue! Immerse yourself in the action with access to all amateur matches and some professional matches outside of the Center Court and Grandstand

  • Courtside Pass

    One courtside ticket to the venue and first come, first serve for the seating on Championship Court. These tickets will grant you access to sit in the bleachers.  It includes access to watch the action on all MLP match courts, concessions, bar, DJ, sponsor tents, and more. Doors open one hour prior to the first scheduled matches.  

  • VIP Pass

    To level up your MLP experience, buy your ticket to the VIP Lounge and enjoy the highest-profile matches on championship court in comfort and style. Included in your ticket purchase is access for one person to the VIP Lounge. Two (2) drink tickets , lunch, snacks, soft drinks, and prime sideline seats all included.

Columbus Classic:
A PPA-Style Amateur Tournament

Amateur matches will be held next to Championship Court, where Major League Pickleball teams will compete. This tournament follows a PPA-style singles and doubles bracket, identical to amateur events at PPA tournaments.

  • Which MLP teams are playing at this event?

    9 Premier Teams will be in action: Atlanta Bouncers, Carolina Hogs, Chicago Slice, Columbus Sliders, Miami Pickleball Club, New York Hustlers, Orlando Squeeze, Phoenix Flames, St Louis Shock
  • What time do the doors open every day?

    Doors will open 1 hour before matches start each day.
  • What is the parking situation at the venue?

    There is limited on-site parking at Pickle & Chill. Fans are encouraged to use the overflow parking lot, located just a 5-7 min walk from the venue. If you are traveling east on Henderson from Pickle & Chill there is a left turn lane to access the lot – see map here.
     
  • Are there restrictions on what I can bring inside the venue?

    Please do not bring outside food or drink. There will be a variety of concession food and beverage options for purchase.
  • Where will matches be live streamed?

    All Championship Court matches will be livestreamed on Pickleballtv, with Grandstand Court matches available on the Pickleballtv app. For additional streaming information, check the How to Watch tab.
  • Can I live stream tournament matches from my personal devices or film the matches for personal use?

    The filming of MLP matches from personal devices is not permitted unless you have obtained written approval from Major League Pickleball prior to the event. Only cell phone photography is permitted.
  • Where can I stay updated with live event results and current standings?

ABOUT THE EVENT

The electrifying action of Major League Pickleball (MLP) is coming to Columbus for the 2025 regular season, May 1-4. For the first time since hosting one of its inaugural events in 2022, MLP returns to Ohio—now bigger and better than ever. Experience four days of fast-paced action as the world’s top professional coed pickleball teams compete at Pickle & Chill.

Hosted by the hometown Columbus Sliders, this event marks the second of 10 regular season events on the 2025 MLP calendar. A select lineup of MLP’s 22 teams will face off in pivotal matches, earning standings points on their journey towards a spot in the MLP Playoffs in August and an opportunity to battle for the most difficult championship to win in all of professional pickleball.
